Technical Lead

As Technical Lead, I work with key stakeholders from the beginning, gathering business requirements and translating them into detailed design and technical specification documents—ensuring customer requirements are met and development time is reduced. When functions require new solutions, I research and leverage the latest technologies—supporting developers by helping them focus on their main development objectives—while I work with other third-party software vendors, preparing new solutions for future development integration. Throughout each phase, in an iterative Agile development process, I continuously communicate with stakeholders and meticulously manage and relay design changes, and document and manage application bugs through issue tracking systems—ensuring projects are completed on time and under budget.

• Ensure Microsoft's recommended "best practices" are followed to ensure clean and easily understood code
• Ensure code is encapsulated well for easy future enhancements and minimal maintenance time
• Maintain design and technical specifications
• Research and leverage the latest Web development technologies into applications
• Manage bugs through documentation and issue tracking system
• Conduct and assist in Web application deployments
• Manage domain names, FTP directories and email accounts working with domain name and web hosting providers
