As a Technical Project Manager, I work with key stakeholders from the beginning, gathering business requirements and creating proposals. I conduct daily team meetings with both the client and team to ensure project requirements are continually on track. To reduce unnecessary lost time, I clarify the overall project objectives based on customer requirements, by providing necessary documentation, including user interface mockups, sitemaps, detailed design and technical specification documents, user acceptance tests, test cases, site deployment plans and impact documents. When necessary, I research and leverage the latest technologies and work with third-party software vendors to support developers by preparing new solutions for future development integration. Throughout each phase, in an iterative Agile development process, I continuously communicate with stakeholders and meticulously manage and relay design changes, and document and manage application bugs through issue tracking systems—ensuring projects are completed on time and under budget.
